Work
I'm in the third and final year of my PhD in Systems and Control and will be
submitting my thesis in September 1996. I have a M.Sc. in Mechatronics and a
B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and my current research interests lie in the
field of modelling and control system design and implementation for single and
multi-variable systems.For further information about the research see my

Areas of interest / likes
- Waterpolo - I am an active member of the university waterpolo team,
we play in two local leagues and of course against other universities.
- Windsurfing - radical
- Eating and Drinking
- Partying / Clubbing
- Keyboarding - I am currently teaching myself to play keyboards (move over Jean-Michel Jarre!)
