Contacting the ES Part 1 Teaching Office by email - Part 1 students
 

  1. Send all emails to ES Part 1 staff and the ES Part 1 Teaching Office via es.part1@lancaster.ac.uk.
  2. Send emails only from your official Lancaster University account (i.e., name@lancaster.ac.uk).
  3. Be polite in the way that you address staff (e.g., begin your email 'Dear Christine' and end with your name) and, if official business, other students.
  4. Use proper spelling, grammar and punctuation - do not use 'text speak' and remember to read the email before you send it.
  5. Never circulate emails to multiple staff members.
  6. Do not circulate emails to individuals which show others' email addresses ( you would be breaking the Data Protection Act, 1998 ).
  7. Do not attach files - unless you have been given permission to do so.
  8. Write meaningful text in the 'subject' box.
  9. Please note that serious abuses of the email system will result in your email account being withdrawn by the IT officer.
  10. Please do check and use your Lancaster email account.
