Clare graduated with a PhD in Diffuse Pollution from the Sheffield University. She is current reposnsible for the Defra funded Mitigation options for Phosphorus and Sediment project (MOPS)

Mary graduated with a PhD in hydrology and water quality from Lancaster in 2010. She is crrently respnsible for the Defra MOPS project
 

Peter Shanahan

Peter's PhD is focussed on the use of non-invasive techniques to quantify soil conmpaction. He is funded by a Defra-LINK project and co-supervised by Andy Binley and Mike James
 

Iain Gould

Iain is working on the interactions between plant functional traits and soil physical properties. He is co-supervised by . Richard Bardgett

Adam Freer

Adam is working on the emission of greenhouse gasses from farm wetlands. His PhD project is jointly supervised with Dr Ben Surridge and Dr Niall McNamara (CEH).

 

John Crosse

John Crosse is the group's technician and provides support in the laboratory and field.

 

Dennis Konadu

Dennis is working on the opportunities for carbon sequestration in soils. His PhD project is jointly supervised with Dr Andy Jarvis.

 

Reza Habibian

Reza is working on the improving the perforance of buffer strips for diffuse pollution controll using a range of soil amendments. His PhD is jointly supervised with Dr Ben Surridge.
