Introduction Title

Workshop presentations were limited to a few speakers and were schedule for only 25 minutes (joint presentations were a little longer - denoted by a,b, etc, see below). The concept of the talks being to 'set the scene' for the core science questions of each day and generate 'food for thought' for the proceeding small group discussions. Talks are provided in PDF format and can be viewed by clicking on the title of the presentation.
All the authors listed are thanked for their contributions to the workshop.
