Headings can be produced thus :-
Large Headings

Medium Headings
<H2>Medium Headings</H2>
Small Headings
<H3>Small Headings</H3>
Iteratively tinker with your page until you're happy by transorming then using the "back" button on your browser.
When all looks well, save the transformed version using :-
with the file extension .htm e.g. whatever.htm
With Internet Explorer you will have to select the option :-
