I am delighted to report that Martin Beadle, our meteorological observer, has been awarded a prize by the Met. Office in recognition of his contribution to their climatological data archives. The Met Office Quality Control team state that our Hazelrigg station is in the "top ten" (out of over 300) in England and Wales.
